5. Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be made through the Daybreak Homecare platform.
Payment for services is processed securely through our third-party payment partner.
Providers will only receive payment after the completion of a booking and subject to any dispute resolution outcomes.
Cancellation and refund policies are clearly stated at the time of booking.
6. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between a client and a provider:
The matter should first be addressed through our in-platform dispute resolution tools.
We may withhold payment or take appropriate action while a dispute is under review.
Our decision on dispute outcomes is final.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
Share personal contact information (e.g. email, phone number) outside of the platform.
Use the platform for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activities.
Attempt to circumvent our booking or payment systems.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of DIVINE HOME CARE PVT LTD or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
9. Liability Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Service failures or misrepresentations made by providers.
Interruptions, delays, or inaccuracies in the platform.
